Consumer Complaint: I no longer have my breakdown loans paid off or discharged but I do have my chapter XXXX discharge papers. My Citibank 2nd mortgage amount of about {$400000.00} subsequently discharged on XX/XX/XXXX. Citimortgage possessed a junior lien on my property that was subsequently stripped by the Chapter XXXXBankruptcy Judge in XXXX CA around XX/XX/XXXX due to the property being upside down. The last payment I made on this account was posted on or about XX/XX/XXXX.

Two days ago I received a letter that looks like they are attempting collection efforts. I called and spoke to XXXX at number on letter and he said your agency is requiring them to resend these letters to all consumers to have for their own information. The letter shows they received payments after that thru XXXX, which can not be legally possible due to lien strip.

I stilll dont feel comfortable with Citibanks reply today and I feel they are still attempting harassing collection efforts.
