Consumer Complaint: I purchased a internet connection device that never had sufficient signal strength to allow me to use my computer with it. XXXX showed no signal in this area, they should have never attempted to connect me to the service. I cancelled the service with their customer service and in writing. They are claiming I did not pay for valid services received and are attempting a fraudulent collection, using the credit reporting agencies as an illegal collection vehicle.
The original communication was dated XX/XX/XXXX. This account has been resold to the following collection agencies over the past years.

Allied Collection Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX.
XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.
XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX.

None was forthcoming and as of this date I have not received any further communication from the above.
In XX/XX/XXXX I was informed that my credit score was reduced by 70 points, the only addition to my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX was XXXX XXXX.
XXXX XXXX sent me a letter in XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I replied in writing disputing their claim. They have never replied to my written communication to them disputing their claim and asking for verification.
