Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX located in XXXX, NY billed for an ambulance charge. Submitted my insurance information several times and they refused to bill insurance. The put me in collections with Wakefield and Associates. I put in a complaint with XXXX XXXX and they finally submitted it to my insurance and the bill was paid in full but my credit report still reflects my account in collections and unpaid. I tried communicating with both companies and they blame each other. Tried to dispute it with the credit bureau and they refuse to remove it even when I show proof that the claim was paid.
