Consumer Complaint: I have never heard of this company, and they have never contacted me ( by mail, email, or on the phone ). I only found out about this so called debt by looking at my credit report on XXXX because they sent me a notification that my collections balances went up. I logged in and saw this supposed account ( opened XX/XX/2016 ) that says its for a doctors office ( XXXX XXXX XXXX MD ) that i have used in the past, but the balance was over {$1000.00} more than the only bill i ever got from that Dr. ( current amount is {$1600.00} and the only bill i ever got from the dr was for something around {$250.00} ). I tried disputing it, but was told its a valid debt. They keep adding fees every month but still have never sent me a bill. I am afraid to contact them to find out how they came up with this amount i owe, but i’m afraid i will start to be harassed ( which not contacting me and keeping charging me fees is harassment in my eyes ).
