Consumer Complaint: I called Debt Recovery Soloutions spoke to a XXXX was offered a settlement on my debt with a debt i had from XXXX from 5 or 6 years ago for the amount of XXXX. i sent two payments from my checking account one for XXXX which cleared my bank from the creditor on XX/XX/XXXX check # XXXX and another for XXXX check # XXXX which cleared my bank on XX/XX/XXXX i called the company to see if they recieved my payment since it shows it was cashed through my bank and the answer i recieved is no, they don’t have my money even though they cashed my checks an my payments have not posted as far as there concerned, i called my bank to see if i can dispute these transactions since the company is stating they dont have my money i was told no since the company has recieved payment an checks have been cashed i can not be credited or get my money back, I spoke to a XXXX XXXX who is supposebly the Vice president of client services for Debt recovery solutions and i was told that this would be looked into and i haven’t heard anything back the only thing i can think of is maybe someone at the company pocketed my money or posting error i have no clue but there is XXXX of my money that was cashed but yet not credited an company states they have no record of my money. Also upset with XXXX XXXX serve for not crediting my account bank and looking further into dispute for me
