Consumer Complaint: This company IC Systems is placing damaging collection information on my credit reports without any paperwork from them or the original creditor … I use credit monitoring so it alerted that I owed a balance to XXXX which Im assuming is a daycare attached to one my son attended. I dont owe any daycare money as I have been on public assistance for daycare vouchers with the State of Ohio and up until about XXXX or XX/XX/2018 did not have a copay which means I owe them nothing. They need to validate this debt and remove it or any and all available options that apply under FCRA will be taken
