Consumer Complaint: I have an ALLY FINANCIAL charge-off on my credit report that should have been covered by my GAP insurance. When I called they said that I was not covered for this debt because I had a late on the account. There is nothing at all in my contract that states my GAP coverage would not charge if there was a late on my account. I want this debt and account removed off of my credit report.
