Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank had charge off the account on XX/XX/XXXX and I contuined to make seven addition payments after the account was charged off on the amount of {$150.00} that were never included as part of the payments but the money was never returned.

Payments collected after charge off date : 1. XX/XX/XXXX – {$150.00} 2. XX/XX/XXXX – {$150.00} 3. XX/XX/XXXX – {$150.00} XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX – {$150.00} 5. XX/XX/XXXX – {$150.00} 6. XX/XX/XXXX – {$150.00} 7. XX/XX/XXXX {$150.00} The account was sold to a collection agency. I have requested that Synchrony Bank to submit validation of the amounts paid under the Fair Debt Collection ACT ( FDCPA ), they have not answered and have refused my request.
