Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted my employer. My employer took her name, company name and number and asked what it was regarding. XXXX response was that he knew meaning I would know what it is concerning. I called right away and they wanted me to verify my identity. I was upset at first asking why I have to verify my identity when they called my company looking for me. When I finally gave the last 4 digits of my social, she said wrong person. I asked if they live in the city where I lived and she said no. He lives in XXXX, oh. So they contacted my employer, made it sound like Im a deadbeat and they dont even have the right person.
