Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX school graduate and my student loans are serviced through navient. I have been in deferment many times for very long periods of time. I have tried to lower monthly payments unsuccessfully. My options are usually higher monthly payments then what i am already paying. There have been times where my loan is past due and instead of a phone call or letter i get an email that says reply yes to enter payments into deferment. That is a quick solution but interest is still acruing.
