Consumer Complaint: For the past ten years, I’ve made the biggest mistake of ever attending XXXX due to a suggestion of going there to finish my XXXX and get an XXXX XXXX degree. I attended one semester, and realized that the school wasn’t true to it’s mission when I was forced to take out student loan after student loan, while taking classes that had nothing to do with what I wanted to major.

I left XXXX one semester after, and transferred to a XXXX college. XXXX had other plans to damage me unfortunately. I couldn’t get any credits transferred to a XXXX XXXX college I went to, so I started from the beginning. No sweat, only one semester of work but still was some good core classes. The loan providers of XXXX wanted to start taking money out of me, threatening me with all sorts of actions. This forced me to take a break from school to work and make some money to repay that.

The final coffin was transferring to a four year, because after I submit my application, I was left in limbo with no words or anything. Was told to re-apply a year later, a ton of fake excuses, and all this while still XXXX ‘s many loans wanted to linger and damage me even more.

HESC ( where my loan currently is ) has tried plenty of times to garnish my wages, to have me pay MUCH more than what I can even currently budget for. Refuses to ever work with me, and pretty much has destroyed every aspect of my life credit/money wise.

All this while I just heard that XXXX closed it’s doors, yet I’m stuck paying so much money cause the school claims I was there for a full year which is a huge lie.

I really don’t know what to expect from this, I’ve pretty much given up. But it still leaves a huge bad taste in my mouth knowing I never had a traditionally college experience due to my mis-education while trying to receive an education.
