Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX because of my credit score had drop they informed me that I had a collection of {$1800.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX The orginal Company was XXXX XXXX XXXX for a move out fee I immediatly call both companies explaining I diid not received notice of this debt from either companies. I spoke to an agent on XX/XX/XXXX about this and they told me that I owe {$1100.00} after they did some deductions for a cleaning fee I said that was redicious amount for a cleaning fee etc. I lived there for 1 yr and paid my rent in full and didnt renew my lease in XX/XX/XXXX. I filed Bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX was included in my case.. I file chapter XXXX to clean my debt and start over to become a home owner again I have work hard for the past 4 yrs on my credit trying to fix things and make my score higher I was at XXXX even thoe i filled bankrupcty icontiune to make my payments on time an keep an accurate acount of my credit report each month I was victim of identity theft in XX/XX/XXXX and its been hard on me and my credit report. I paid all my debts and was collection free until this.
