Consumer Complaint: This Company premier holding address XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX and phone # XXXX.
I had a person call me by the name of XXXX XXXX claiming that she was from Premier Holding and that I owed {$2400.00} for a credit card that I opened. XXXX told me that I was responsible for the amount because It was opened with my SS # and my name. I told her that I never open any account. and she stated that they would settle for the amount of {$780.00}. in 2 payments. so it sound to me that it was a joke. XXXX said that they would come after my property and my car. so I got some what scared. XXXX asked me to give her my Bank acct. # and I did but called the bank after that call and to put a stop to any withdraw from my bank with that that company name.
