Consumer Complaint: The doctor was informed that my insurance only cover me after I spend {$1500.00}. I informed my doctor that I would be requesting XXXX XXXX under the XXXX act and I would not have to pay for the XXXX or XXXX he recommend. I informed the doctor I made little money and all I could afford was the co-payment. In any event, the doctor assistance walked in and gave me a XXXX XXXX. After what I said he said, ” he would bill the insurance company. ” Next, I received a collection bill from two collection agencies in two different states. I received telephone calls. I call my attorney. Both collection agencies are not in compliance with Florida Statute 559.553 ; Florida Statute 559.715 ; 15USC1692 ( g ) ( b ). ( c ) ( k ).
