Consumer Complaint: I opened a secure credit card to build credit. I also had a bank account with Bank of America. While in XXXX my bank card malfunctioned and i was forced to only use my secured credit card. a unauthorized charge was made on my account. I provided proof and was refunded then they put the charge back on my card. This caused my card to be charged off. i request that the error report be removed from all my credit reports immediately.
