Consumer Complaint: Step 1 : What is this complaint about?

Bank of America made a {$6000.00} unauthorized withdrawal taking all my funds but {$100.00} from my personal accounts to pay a business credit card debt that the bank was not servicing.

After having a business accounts hacked and replace three times, I was reluctant to transact business over the phone and going to the branch to transact payments to the business credit card and the branch would communicate that they are no longer servicing the account, which was in a payment arrangement. As a result a few months went by and to my surprise, BofA took most of my money in my checking and savings account.
