Consumer Complaint: i recieved a collection letter from RECEIVABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES stating i owed XXXX car insurance for XXXX i have informed them and XXXX that i have not had car insurance in my name since XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX the vehicle i own which is a XXXX XXXX XXXX has always been insured under my domestic partner insurance XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX the prior vechicle I had was a XXXX XXXX XXXX that was totaled out by XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. At which time we bought the XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Florida and then transfered the insurance from one vehicle to the next.NEVER DID WE EVER NEED OUTSIDE INSURANCE FROM XXXX. I have sent on several occassions to this company the declaration page from XX/XX/XXXX stating when this vehicle was insured and they continue to refuse to remove this debt from my credit report and harass me for a payment. I have been a victim of id theft in the past. I have called and spoke to various people at this company and there has been no resolve. My XXXX XXXX XXXX vehicle has and still has full coverage on it by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX since the date of purchase.
