Consumer Complaint: I discontinued insurance with XXXX and ended my policy. I was told by XXXX that the policy amount was prorated and I paid for the amount of service i retained. I told this CCS company that this was settled and please stop sending harassing letters because I don’t owe XXXX. Company has not responded to the requests I have made for proof and to please close and remove for my credit reports. I have also contacted the three credit bureaus for an investigation.
