Consumer Complaint: These people have put a very old debt on my credit report that’s twice the amount of what it was when it was charged off years and years ago. I am no longer responsible for the old debt at the original amount. They send me letters saying they will sue me, they call me and bother me, and they keep adding more interest to this ” debt ” they think I owe. Right now it’s at {$2400.00} and it keeps climbing. They are deliberately damaging my credit, which made it very hard for me to buy a car last month. I had gotten my score to the 700 ‘s finally, and they brought me down to the 500 ‘s with their despicable actions. I disputed this debt once, it was removed, and they added it back on and added more money to the balance. These people are crooks who damage your credit ; I read all about how they went after people in LA with fake medical bills and they have been sued many times by others. If they do not remove this debt on my credit reports ASAP, I will be hiring an attorney to sue them as well. XXXX my words, XXXX XXXX XXXX.
