Consumer Complaint: I have received multiple phone calls to the point I have had to block this collection agency. During the initial phone calls I requested via telephone that a validation of debt letter be sent to me asap as I do not have knowledge of that debt. I was told by the representative that a letter was sent to me weeks and weeks prior. At that time I told the representative that I had not received it and would they please send another. I could tell by the conversation that they would be a little uncooperative so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor came on and I requested a address to send correspondence to because I was sending them a request for validation of debt. I did in fact send that to them and have received nothing in return. At this point they are in violation of the FDCPA and I would like this to me looked into. At this point I want this account deleted from my credit report as it is causing issues with me requesting credit.
