Consumer Complaint: Contacted my employer after I told them I’m not allowed calls at work. When calling to make my payment, I asked the rep ( XXXX ) to not call my employer or anyone else regarding my balance owed or payment. He kept acting like he would process my request and then say we will call those numbers as a last resort. I told him 4 times he did not have my permission to call my employer or friends/family about my debt and he refused to give my confirmation he or anyone else at their company would respect my request.
