Consumer Complaint: I signed a lease for a student apartment in XXXX XXXX called XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I am a dependent of an XXXX XXXX military service member we got notice that we had to move to Washington State in XX/XX/XXXX, I then informed the property manager, XXXX, ( who doesnt work there anymore ), and he assured me hed take care of the situation. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a derogatory mark of collection from Pro Collect in the amount of {$8400.00}. I was also notified that a guy moved into the exact unit that I was supposed to move into in XX/XX/XXXX and he moved out XX/XX/XXXX. I quickly called the apartment complex and tried to resolve the situation the new property manager told me she couldnt do anything about it because she didnt have his emails or paperwork. I asked to get her boss information. I called the regional office XXXX XXXX XXXX and he told me he apologized for the inconvenience and to forward him the orders. I sent XXXX XXXX the orders and he suddenly stopped emailing me. I emailed him four times all of which I didnt receive any response. Then I left a few voicemail and even texted his cell number. Still no response, finally I decide to let him know I was going to take legal action and soon after I got a call from another women from the same regional office telling me XXXX XXXX forwarded her the information however she needed me to send he orders again, which I did – again. Then she told me that the military orders I sent were not the military orders we are used to seeing, which confused me because those are the orders everyone in the XXXX receive when they XXXX. So she informed me I needed to fill out a form, and has since not responded to any emails. I am growing frustrated because This has been a constant issue since XXXX of this year and no one is trying to help me.
