Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 XXXX XXXX FL came out to my home to give me an estimate of my a/c repair.

After investigating the problem they gave me their estimate. The cost would require me to open an account to pay for this service. I declined the offer as I was not financially able to open up new credit. I refused the offer as I was not willing to open new credit.

The technician left and I believed the matter was closed. Before reaching the end of the month I received a bill statement siting my new line of credit {$5000.00} an available credit of {$4600.00} with an outstanding ‘purchase ‘ of {$400.00}.

They provided me no repair service but a Quote.
