Consumer Complaint: THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE! same problem, same company, different co-signer.
I have been asking Navient to release my cosigners for 8 months now and can not get any specifics on why they are refusing to do so.

I sent a letter to Navient, which they received on XX/XX/XXXX, requesting an explanation, in detail, for why they refuse to release cosigners even though we met their stated requirements. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, they still have not answered me. Plus they keep sending ridiculous answers for why they can not answer my questions. Playing games to drag it out longer so they get what they want. terrible, terrible, terrible, crooked, lying, stealing company. Some things they tell you only over the phone, some things they only tell you snail mail, some things they only tell you by fax, it’s absolutely criminal.

Company: Navient Solutions, LLC.

State/Zip: FL 328XX

Company Response to Complaint: Closed with explanation

Was Company Response Timely: Yes

Did Consumer Dispute Company Response: N/A
