Ive co signed for vehicle with primary joint holder and joint holder was responsible for making payments.. which was opened on XX/XX/2007 I was never made aware of account being in default.. Due to not having access I was receiving phone calls and being threatened to pay debt.. Which I had no knowledge of. The FCRA states any account thats over 11 years old or more she be considered no longer responsible and be removed off of credit report..
