The caller said that I owed XXXX XXXX {$35.00} and that a collection agency had been contacted.

I knew that I owed nothing but called XXXX XXXX and verified that.

Today, I received a postcard purporting the same thing. I tried calling them but it is automated only. I tried a second time, entering the ” reference number ” and was transfrered to a recording saying they were closed today and then disconnected.
