Product: Other debt

Issue: Threatened to contact someone or share information improperly

Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: I contacted ProCollect about a month ago and requested they stop calling my mobile phone and to contact me via postal service. I still receive calls and voicemails from ProCollect.

Also, I sent the them information and requesting a copy of a contract showing my signature that I owe ProCollect {$530.00}. I advised in the letter I sent that I do not owe ProCollect and never went into business with them. I requested they delete all information on my XXXX, XXXX, XXXX credit report because I never signed a contract with them and they are reporting inaccurately.

They did not delete the information and they did not show me a signature from myself showing I owe ProCollect.

However, that ProCollect sent me paperwork sent to them by the company that paid them for my account information.

I attempted to resolve this issue, but not successful.
