Consumer Complaint: I was taken by ambulance to the emergency room at XXXX XXXX hospital in XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX from a XXXX to do my XXXX XXXX. I was sent directly to the XXXX XXXX. the dr. claiming this bill / never sent me a bill to my address until XX/XX/XXXX claiming it was still owed. all bills were sent to the XXXX XXXX va. billing dept. with a pre approved authorization # and all drs. agreed to be paided by the va. its not my fault XXXX. XXXX XXXX did not submit his billing in a timely matter to his agreement to be paid by the va. since I am a XXXX vet with a hardship below the poverty statis. and I made clear to all drs. who treated me that I could not pay these bills and I even asked to be transferred to the va.to see my own drs. and they told me the va. agreed I should not be moved. this is an ongoing habit at XXXX XXXX hospital of not hearing what the patience is saying to them and XXXX. XXXX XXXX put this bill against my credit report without notifing me first in fact its been on my credit report for some time now. I was also contacted by the billing dept at XXXX XXXX and they said I fell under the hardship forgivness program. if you can help me with this complaint im complaining about.
