Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo Bank in XX/XX/XXXX my wife had XXXX XXXX my son ask her to take a loan so he can buy a house she thought she was going to XXXX soon thinking the loan would be forgiven when she XXXX, she XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX the day after XX/XX/XXXX the amount maybe {$40000.00} or {$50000.00} I did not know the right amount or the date Wells Fargo would not tell me anything about this loan because my signature is not on this loan the balance is {$39000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX maybe in XX/XX/XXXX I get a call from Wells Fargo telling me the loan payment is late they did not know my wife pass away so he tells they need to get the payment of {$110.00} if they did not get it they will foreclose and get me out so I started making payments the payments just keeps going up & up in XX/XX/XXXX my payments are {$160.00} they told me if I take possession it will be a 2 % loan and my payments will stay the same at {$170.00} so I said ok and I really can not afford I live on a small SS check I have no other income or any saving account.
