Consumer Complaint: Left several messages with the following on our voice mail : ” This is a final courtesy call with the Weinburg mediation group. Before reporting that you have been uncooperative with the investigation against you. If we do not hear from either yourself or your legal representation today, we will be left with no other recourse other than to report your non compliance in this issue to the proper jurisdiction. Our office number is XXXX. ” When we spoke to them to let them know that my husband is military so garnishing his wages would be illegal he than cursed at us and said he’d see us in court after they sue us. They’ve also said that he would need to be at his job the next day because they would be coming to serve him court papers.
