Consumer Complaint: On Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX EST, XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX called my work. I advised him that he was calling a business line and can not call this number. He then called back three times in a row and left the following message.

XXXX XXXX Voicemail from XXXX.
52 seconds Good morning calling regarding XXXX XXXX. My name is XXXX XXXX calling with the Weinberg Group. Our firm was retained to a mutual client with obviously you have no intentions on setting up any kind of voluntarily payment arrangement just your history and hanging up and ignoring our collection efforts. We are gon na recommend a judgment to be filed against you to secure that final balance that is been unpaid since XX/XX/XXXX. If you’d like to give a statement or have any legal representation please contact our office. You do have eight of the reference numbers that we will be calling. You can call me directly at XXXX ext. XXXX. This will be our final notification. Thank you.

Then on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX EST he called my work again and I did not pick up.
XXXX XXXX Voicemail from XXXX.
1 seconds This person called but did not leave a message.

XXXX XXXX EST on XX/XX/XXXX, he called again and I did not pick up.

XXXX XXXX EST on XX/XX/XXXX, he called again at which point I picked up and I advised him again that he was calling a business line that does not allow these calls and not to call again.

He called back at XXXX XXXX EST on XX/XX/XXXX and I again advised him not to call this number, it is a business line and it is not allowed.

XXXX XXXX EST XX/XX/XXXX, he called again, I did not pick up.

This is beyond harassment and he is knowingly putting my job in jeopardy. This is very unprofessional and needs to stop. He has my personal phone number, there is no reason for him to call and harass me at work repeatedly.
