Consumer Complaint: I have and installment with XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Ok. I am still due for a partial late fee of XXXX. I have received 2-3 calls everyday over a partial late fee. They attempted to call my Job and were told that I could not receive personal calls at work. Since then, someone has called my job twice since being told I can not have personal calls, and then hung up. We do have caller Id at work. I received several harassing phone call and messages saying the will continue to call my job, with being well aware I can not receive calls at work. I spoke with XXXX she stated I was 2 months past due, I told her I am not, I am due for a payment as of today XX/XX/2018 and part of the late fee from XXXX. She insisted on arguing with me say that she will continue to call everyday. I did express to her if I continue to receive the harassing phone calls I will send my cease and desist and will report her to the Cfpb, she responded in go ahead. XXXX was very rude and had a nasty attitude once I told her my name. with this office through mail, I will continue to pay on my account until paid in full. did express to XXXX I will drop my payment in the night drop on the XXXX. I also have a loan with their sister company XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, which is through the same home office and I have never had these problems with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, which is right next door to XXXX XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX are friendly and considerate and a great office to be in business with. XXXX XXXX, the staff is rude and they harass you.
