Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to get XXXX XXXX XXXX to respond to my requests to validate the date since XX/XX/XXXX. Here are the many violations : 1. I never received ANY calls from XXXX 2. I never received a Dunning letter 3. I found this account while revieiwing my reports on XXXX XXXX 4. I sent a letter via regular USPS on XX/XX/XXXX asking for verification- no response 5. I disputed with the credit bureaus and they all said the debt was verified.
6. XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter to XXXX trying to info on this account XXXX. NO RESPONSE 7. I sent the no response and proof of delivery to the credit bureaus to get the account removed per the FCRA, they responded the account came back ” verified ” 8. I sent certified letter AGAIN to XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX NO RESPONSE 9. I again sent ALL letters with Proof of delivery to XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to remove XXXX because they have not responded. To date, no response 10. the account was never marked ” disputed ” on my credit report which is a FDCPA violation.
11. XXXX keeps changing the amount owed that they are submitting to the credit bureau. In XX/XX/XXXX they reported XXXX, today they are reporting {$75.00} and {$370.00} for the EXACT SAME ACCOUNT. This is a clear violation!
