Consumer Complaint: This is a complaint against Bank of America Credit Card Services, and its prevention and fraud department. The reason for this is an excruciating situation for me, because from one day to the next Bank Of America personal profile and credit card 2 credit cards appear that do not belong to me, never open those accounts, never authorize the opening of these cards, I believe that this department did not give me the right treatment, put some cards in my profile without being mine, affecting my personal credit with the 3 credit bureaus and also with the same bank. When I saw in my profile of BOFA, the first thing I did was to communicate with the bank, the response was so disastrous and of little professionalism, well Ms., this investigation can take 90 days, and knowing that these accounts have another name and another surname and SS different, because they are still there in my profile.
