Consumer Complaint: I currently have an auto loan with Wells Fargo Dealer services. Myself and my husband are on the loan. They have two phone numbers for us XXXX and XXXX. We have repeatedly told them to only contact us at the XXXX and not the XXXX number. My husband has a dangerous job and is not allowed to have unexpected phone calls while working at that number. I have called them several times and asked them why they keep calling that number. They tell me ” I do not know why it says do not call next to the number. ” We have been telling them for months to stop calling that number. The last time I told them to stop calling that number was on XX/XX/XXXX they called the number again on XX/XX/XXXX. I have now informed them to only communicate through mail.
