Consumer Complaint: I received a phone call on XX/XX/XXXX from this company Diversified Adjustment Services. The debt had already been discussed and satisfied with XXXX in XXXX. I spoke with a manager named XXXX XXXX who took care of the charges that should of never been applied in the first place and sent me a later stating my account was paid in full. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX, I have gotten at least 5 phone calls a day regarding a debt that does not exist. I spoke with two reps from this company. One was decent but did not listen to me at all. Just wanted me to hand over my card for a {$3000.00} bill that does not exist. The rep I spoke to on XX/XX/XXXX was disgusting. He threatened me, insinuated I was a loser that does not pay my bills. Asked me questions that were irrelevant and threatened me with placing it on my credit and bringing up a lawsuit. I politely asked for them to cease contact while I clear it up with XXXX but he laughed at me. Mind you I am still in my 30 days to have them validate the debt per the law from the letter I mailed. I also mailed a letter to them to cease contact while I clear it up with XXXX which I am in the process of doing, but their harrassing phone calls multiple times a day to their nasty treatment and threatening words are out of control and clearly against the law. Help!
