Consumer Complaint: I contacted Hunter Warfield regarding a collections account on my credit from XXXX in the amount of {$4000.00}. I knew the information they had was inaccurate so asked for specifics which they could not provide. I then contacted the original creditor in hopes of clarifying the facts. I was told they have no records of myself or owing money. At that time I contacted the collections agency again to figure out how they were going to rectify this unfortunate situation and removal of this account from my credit report. It was made clear to me they weren’t in any hurry to correct this error. This is bad business and poor customer service!
