Consumer Complaint: Ally is asserting that a debt is owed of around {$12000.00} on a returned lease vehicle fees, but the lease was not returned, but rather it was purchased to avoid the expected fees. I have a copy of the released title of the vehicle from the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles, as well as a payoff receipt indicating that the payoff listed on my contract was satisfied. Ally has deliberately prolonged this collection efforts due to a personal vendetta against me due to words exchange between Ally ‘s representative XXXX XXXX and I.This has been a negative mark reported to the credit bureau that has falsely ruined my credit. I believe this is a personal attack brought about by XXXX XXXX trying to tarnish my credit and force legal action and drive unnecessary expense. I’ve asserted the same thing for over 3 years now, and Ally takes 6 months for a response each time I send correspondence.

Ally has since hired legal counsel to harass and collect debts and has threatened legal action despite my assertions being the same over the years that NO DEBT IS OWED ON THE PURCHASED VEHICLE.
