Consumer Complaint: in XXXX I had set up payment arrangements to pay off two credit card debts this company took control over. I missed 2 payments so on XX/XX/XXXX the company garnished from my bank account the remaining balance and the debt was satisfied. On XX/XX/XXXX this company garnished {$470.00} again from my bank account. After contacting the company and confirming that this is THEIR mistake and that the debt was previously paid off they continued with the garnishment and took the money from my bank account.
