Consumer Complaint: We have received a lot of calls from a company called XXXX XXXX. They are claiming we owe them around {$80.00}. We have told them that if we owe you them please send us the information to back it up ( signed contract asking for a loan, credit card, or services ). This has been over the last 6-8 months. We still have not received any written communication.
This morning I received an alert from my credit monitoring that XXXX XXXX shows we opened an account XXXX XXXX, and XXXX shows we have a collection account with XXXX XXXX as well.
Any help is appreciated!
