Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, ABILITY RECOVERY SERVICES , LLC, with a mailing location of, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX claimed I have a debt with them in the amount of {$710.00} for computer schooling. I sent a certified letter to them requesting the debt be validated.
That certified mailing came back as deliverable. I disputed the debt with 3 credit reporting agencies and 2 removed the alleged debt as not validated.
In XX/XX/XXXX, I applied for a loan and the loan officer questioned me about the debt. She called the alleged debt collector and put them on speaker phone. Many questions were asked of them and they had a lot of bad information on me including spelling of my name and and wrong address.
The alleged collector was argent, ignorant and out right verbally abusing calling me a deadbeat.
I have no knowledge of this as already know how to fix XXXX and have been working with XXXX since XXXX when was XXXX them in high school.
