However this is not my account My Father and I had the same first and last name and he passed away around this time. I had sent certified letter XX/XX/XXXX to the debt collector.

They removed from my credit report XXXX also did investigation and has also made the decision to remove from my credit report as well.

XX/XX/XXXX I received yet another letter from XXXX regarding this account.
they also changed the name of the original creditor and original account number. To allow for a ( reinsertion of invalid debt onto my credit report ) the System automation will believe its new.

I dug up everything from back in XX/XX/XXXX. I just now called the original creditor they are also called XXXX XXXX. I spoke to them I gave them my social my date of birth they can not find me. I do not owe them money.. I also called XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX they can not find me and they have also stated they could not speak to me due to a HIPAA violation they have a XXXX but its not me. attached you will see my original certified letter receipt. the old XXXX collection. links to show XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX are in fact the same hospital.

I understand mistakes can be made., XXXX forewarned is forearmed You need to remove this from my credit report Immediately this is not my collection. I take pride in my credit score and I am closing on a house in 45 days if This prevents me from cosigning on my house. I will take this to federal court not small claims. Because you are now very aware. Due to my attachments.

I am not paying anyone to help me. there isnt a debt company I understand you get alot of that it is only me,. I am very familiar about the laws. You also know from past collections that I have written to you explaining my fathers death on a few other occasions. I am asking nicely as a ” courtesy from you to remove this promptly before This goes any further.

I woke up one morning and saw my score dropped 85 points due to this inaccurate reporting you never contacted me I was not notified. this breaks soo many laws in so many ways its not even cool.
I have also forwarded this to the original creditor XXXX XXXX on intial report from XX/XX/XXXX Thank you, XXXX XXXX
