Consumer Complaint: I have received a phone call from XXXX in regards to a debt owed to Citibank. Theystated they are a medication service. I have advised them i am working with a 3rd party on this matter and all of this information went into a judgement back in XX/XX/2014. I have requested supervisors, and never received a call back. Advised agents that I am already working on this and to stop the calls. I was advised that calls will continue because they dont have the documentation on their side. I have asked not to be contacted, and still receiving calls. This matter is being handled through XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, AL and my bank statements show payments are being made and are on time.
