Consumer Complaint: I entered into a repayment plan with National Recovery signed by me on XX/XX/2018. I made two accelerated payments, per our agreement, with the 3rd payment to be paid now on XX/XX/XXXX, which would cancel the wage garnishment and start getting my student loan out of default. On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call stating that the company is not honoring that agreement nor the payments I already made and I am considered to be in straight default and my wages will be garnished. I have given them all of my financial information including a financial affidavit.
