Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I received a collections notice of unpaid balance for {$120.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX from Collections Company Grant Weber. My research showed I paid this through my HSA account. I called XXXX ( HSA account ) and was provided documentation this was paid. I contacted XXXX XXXX, and they stated they would investigate. I never received any further update until XX/XX/XXXX when I received an alert from XXXX of a credit hit. I reviewed this entry and found it was for this amount and Grant Weber for collections unpaid. I contacted XXXX XXXX again, and was told since the debt was sent to Grant Weber I was not able to talk to them. I escalated this with repeated calls and faxes. While attempting to get to the correct person ( over a period of a few weeks between ” early XXXX ” and XX/XX/XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX I received a check in the mail from XXXX XXXX ( not XXXX ) returning my {$120.00}. I followed this up with more faxes and documentation. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by XXXX at XXXX XXXX. We reviewed all the details and documents. She was satisfied the check was incorrectly handled on the ” XXXX ” side ( should have went as written to XXXX but someone deposited to the hospital ). XXXX stated she would handle Grant Weber collections. I received a letter but they still hadnt removed the credit report. I attmpted to contact them and again requested XXXX to assist. Then I received today still another credit hit ( posting ) from Grant Weber. They do not return phone calls and continue to harass me with credit reports destroying my good credit rating.
