Consumer Complaint: When the CFPB check my previous and past complaints filed against XXXX XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the information I recently received from a Company calling itself a XXXX XXXX has completely ignored any of the violations, False reporting, fraud, tampering and accounting issues that I was subjected to from these student loan companies. This company calling itself XXXX XXXX XXXX sends out letter after letter requesting full payment of XXXX with a statement ” You don’t have to break the bank to pay back your student loan. ” My case remains open with XXXX XXXX and I haven’t received any updates from XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX regarding looking into my payment history dating back to XXXX. I have only been informed that the company was still investigating it. I had also requested to be reimbursed for payments that I had made towards a student loan that had been altered/modified by multiple student loan servicing agencies targeting Low Income/Minority students in XXXX California in the Mid XXXX through the early XXXX. My Hardship Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy was ignored, my XXXX XXXX in the late XXXX was rejected and the manipulation, threats, harassment, obscenity and alarming my Employer about this student loan continued for years. This notice for payment is only a continuation of the abuse.
