Consumer Complaint: I called XX/XX/2018 at XXXX to talk with a manger to see if I could settle this dept with the company the young lady could not find a manger at the time for me to speak with I was put on hold for 30mins to her coming back on the phone saying the company only has three options for me Is a XXXX dollar offer or 20 payment at XXXX dollers that will add up to XXXX over the amount I own or pay nonthing and theyll going to sue me for the whole loan amount I told the lady I didnt not have that type of money I have XXXX dollers to my name I XXXX and not working and they can have the XXXX I dont even have a place to sleep she said thats all theyre offering I said can I please spread to the manger thats told you that why cant he get on the phone she said he in a meeting I repeat it I did not have XXXX or XXXX for 20 payments Im XXXX and not working she said well well going to sue you and hung up on me than I got a email saying theyll going to pursue any legal action against me the dept is 4years and 2 mos old I was calling for help and I didnt get it
