Consumer Complaint: I have had this level premium term policy a long time. Within the last three months the payments due appeared to increase. I called customer service and spoke with a nice lady in the XXXX who services American customers for XXXX XXXX. She confirmed I was up to date. I asked her which bank is the company using for its billing? Answer Wells Fargo. No surprise! XXXX up the accounting in an attempt to drop my policy when they want to for non payment because on the form it looks like past due amount, note the dates. On the original contract it is monthly payments. Just another dirty tactic on the part of the XXXX XXXX XXXX of which Wells Fargo is. My guess is that they want to be able to cancel liability to life insurance policies when they decide because it must be due to the fact of more people dying and anticipation of it. Already the American people are being assaulted on a daily especially NY which is in a cool down due to the Geoengineering by HARP. I feel like I live next to the runway of a major airport because it is non stop even as I write this. Those elite the ” in ” are getting ready to push the button on the next false flag or maybe they are just going to kill the American people by other silent weapons for their quiet wars. I know your agency won’t do anything because all you are designed to do is assist the XXXX by getting information from the people to use it against them. So I am using you to get this message that the people are waking up.

XXXX XXXX Trustee All Rights Reserved Previous recent complaint … .and all the others that are not being addressed with this bank …
Latest Complaint filed today XX/XX/2018.
Wells Fargo Bank committed acts of fraud and account manipulation on the mortgage as detailed in previous complaints. The Trust is not obligate for the fraudulent debts perpetrated by this creditor and does not acknowledge the alleged mortgage that was unlawful and improper See all previous complaints of the numerous attempts and unlawful actions taken by Wells Fargo Bank to steal the Trusts Property.. All the answers from Wells Fargo Bank are unacceptable and the CFPB should address the complaints more seriously. The latest stunt by XXXX XXXX was a 200 +page document submitted to the XXXX County Supreme Court requesting a referee for summary judgement which I found out after the fact. The court removed this case out of the forclosure settlement part because the Trust does not have a contract with Wells Fargo. This is yet another sneaky attempt attempt to steal the Trusts property. I am not accepting this document for the record publicly which was recently received as attached as there has been no settlement acknowledged by the Trust. As Trustee I have no idea what this check is about. The County Clerk, the Court and the XXXX DA Offices were notified of the problems with the continued actions of Wells Fargo Bank.
