Consumer Complaint: Navy Federal Credit union has repeatedly garnished our bank accounts for a credit card we had while we were in the military. We had paid for insurance to pay off the debt if we were XXXX due to service, but they refused to honor it, and gave us the run around for 2 years to purposely cause the coverage to no longer apply. They have seized XXXX payments from the VA, which is illegal to do.
