Consumer Complaint: M husband has been going to this practice for about two years. The staff and the office manager have reported t their collection agency teh wrong balance without providing them proof of the debt fully. On XX/XX/XXXX there was no calls nor correspondence in writing that we had an upcoming appointment with XXXX XXXX XXXX. our phone number had changed in XX/XX/XXXX.
I tried to talk to the office manager several times and she was not willing and very agressive short of cussing me out. to correct the amount of the bill. I paid XXXX to the XXXX location office in XX/XX/XXXX. That is the only way that he could have been seen the last visit that I take care of the past due amount of XXXX. Mr. XXXX can not read nor write very well at all. I handle all of the financial matters. The office manager told the staff to hang up on me if I called. The charges of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX dollars are totally incorrect and according to the Fair Debt Collection Act are in dispute.

Right now Mr. XXXX is very ill with onl XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
Again we had no written notice of an upcoming appointment. Within a ear anything can happen. They failed to put anything in writing to our postal address before this action.
